Sanctuary provides website design, setup, and hosting services for churches, ministries, non-profits, and faith-based organizations, along with a library of website templates and an App Marketplace that highlights and links to third-party tools. Specific features vary by the plan you select.

3. Plans, Pricing & Payment

We offer one-time launch packages, monthly subscription plans, and a one-time lifetime hosting option, as described on our pricing page. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with notice. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, and applicable taxes may apply. Subscription plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled.

4. Your Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

The Sanctuary name, our templates, designs, and site content are the property of FutureFlex Digital and are protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a plan, you receive a license to use your resulting website. Content you provide remains yours, and you grant us the limited rights needed to build and host your site.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

Our App Marketplace and other pages link to independent third-party services. Some links may be affiliate or partner links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, pricing, or practices. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that provider's terms.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription plan at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. One-time launch packages and custom work are billed for the work performed. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

8. Disclaimers

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureFlex Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
